You’re not missing more treatment techniques.
You’re missing a clear framework for where to start.
You don’t need more techniques. You need a clear clinical roadmap… and one you can trust under pressure.
Master the anatomical, neurological, and visceral connections that drive mobility, motor control, and pain, and use a repeatable assessment protocol to guide your plan of care SO YOU CAN GET FASTER RESULTS FOR YOUR PATIENTS (YES, EVEN THE MOST DIFFICULT CASES).
You Already Know How to Treat.
You Just Don’t Always Know What the Body Wants First.
If you’re like most high-level clinicians…
You’re smart.
You’re skilled.
You care deeply.
And you’re still carrying this invisible weight:
“I get good results… but the complex ones keep me up at night.”
The non‑responders.
The layered cases.
The patients who’ve “tried everything.”
Not because you’re not good enough.
Because the traditional orthopedic model gives you information — without hierarchy.
And without hierarchy, you’re left to guess.
If You’re Honest… Have You Experienced This?
Repeating the same treatment techniques over and over because nothing is sticking
Chasing mobility and movement patterns endlessly
Spending 45–60 minutes treating… and still not feeling confident you addressed the real driver
Needing too many sessions to get the outcomes you know should be possible
Feeling overwhelmed when a patient presents with multiple complaints
Secretly questioning your competence after tough cases
This isn’t a skill problem.
It’s a sequencing problem.
And sequencing determines outcomes.
I get it. One of the things I hear from PT and AT professionals is that in their day to day, they get good results, but they feel like they are still missing something.
That “something” prevents them from having the confidence to guarantee those results for their clients and leaves them wondering if it is possible to have even better outcomes like fewer treatment sessions needed. That’s exactly what the LTAP® will help you do.
The Core Truth
After you take the LTAP® Level 1 course, you will ALWAYS know exactly where to start treatment.
Your treatment sequence will no longer be dictated by:
Rigid algorithms
Outdated biomechanical assumptions
Symptom‑chasing
Instead, you’ll learn to follow:
The body’s innate intelligence and nervous system protective patterns.
Because the body protects first.
Moves second.
And until you understand what it’s protecting…
You will keep chasing symptoms.
This is where the LTAP® will help you.
What Makes The LTAP® Different
The LTAP® provides a simple, objective framework that:
Blends osteopathic principles with orthopedic reasoning
Integrates nervous system and visceral drivers
Tells you where to start and in what order
Works with ANY treatment technique
PRI. DNS. Barral. Dry needling. Exercise. Pilates. Manual therapy.
LTAP® doesn’t replace what you do.
It supercharges it.
Because the technique matters far less than being in the right place at the right time.
Over this 7 week course and/or 2 day in-person course you will learn the entire Locator Test Assessment Protocol®.
LTAP® is rooted in the belief that the patient’s body knows best. The LTAP® is a sequence of orthopedic-based tests that “listen to the body” to determine where to begin treatment.
The goal is to determine if the body is protecting something in the viscera or nervous system. When the body is protecting these important structures it manifests as limited joint mobility, altered motor control, and pain anywhere in the body.
What the LTAP® Actually Is
The LTAP® is five orthopedic-based assessments that guide you to where the body wants to begin treatment.
It reveals the area that will create the greatest global change and restore optimal dynamic alignment and self-healing capacity.
It takes osteopathic listening (which can feel abstract or overwhelming) and simplifies it into reproducible orthopedic tests.
You are not abandoning orthopedics.
You are elevating it.
The goal is to determine whether the body is protecting something in the viscera or nervous system.
When protection is present, it shows up as:
Limited joint mobility
Altered motor control
Persistent pain anywhere in the body
What You Can Expect Clinically
After the LTAP® Level 1 course you will:
Know where to start within minutes
Spend less time repeating techniques
Decrease overall sessions needed (often less than 3–5)
Blend every tool you already use into one clear system
Stop endlessly trying to “fix” movement patterns
Feel calm and confident even with complex patients
You won’t treat more.
You’ll treat more precisely.
A Peek Inside…
In this course you will get better results by using the LTAP® to identify where to start treatment.
Better results mean fewer treatments needed, less time spent repeating treatment techniques, happy clients, and you will gain confidence that you can help anyone.
Learning Objectives for the LTAP®— Students will…
Identify the anatomical connections to the SI joint- musculoskeletal, visceral, and neural
Identify the anatomical connections of the central nervous system and explain what tension in the cranial meninges and pons cord tract appears as in the CNS container
Describe the anatomical location and be able to palpate the location of the viscera organs
Recognize how the SI joint is an important area to assess the entire body
Perform and use five orthopedic-based assessments of the locator test assessment protocol
Interpret the results of the SI joint mobility with and without breath-hold assessment, the CNS tension assessment, the thoracic decompression assessment, and the inhibition tests
Apply the interpretation of the assessment results to create a plan of care
Teach two therapeutic exercises that influence the visceral organs
Teach two therapeutic exercises that influence the nervous system

These will be our ONLY in-person course locations for the rest of the year!
Should you bundle the online course and the in-person experience?
I can confidently say that bundling the courses will give you the best clinical outcomes (and is the best value overall).
The benefits of bundling the online and in-person courses:
You’ll have ZERO overwhelm when it comes to learning the LTAP® assessment. You’ll have the time to move through the online course content week by week without getting overwhelmed. Each week will build on the previous week and you’ll have lots of time to practice the assessments you learn in the clinic
You’ll get hands-on, real-time feedback. Once you arrive at the in-person course, we’ll go through each section of the LTAP® piece by piece through hands-on practice where you will get my feedback on hand placement, pressure, and test assessment which will give you a better opportunity for the best clinical outcomes. With live feedback and practice, we can perfect the assessment in real-time.
You’ll be exposed to treatment options that are not covered in the online course. Treatment is not the focus of the LTAP®, because it’s an assessment-based course. But when we meet in person, we’re able to dive even deeper into clinical cases and treatment options. You’ll walk away with fresh treatment ideas that are specific to your LTAP assessment results, which will help you get even better clinical outcomes.
Become MovementREV LTAP® certified. By attending an in-person course and completing the online 7-week course, you’ll meet the standards for being eligible to take the certification exam. (Opportunities for live courses will be limited as there are only 24-30 seats for this course, and it is only offered 4x per year).

Why I Built This
This didn’t start as a business strategy.
It started with my mom.
For years, she had shoulder and upper back pain.
It was treated like rotator cuff tendinitis.
Bad posture.
Weight.
Compliance.
She did the rehab.
She did the massage.
She did the exercises.
She didn’t get better.
And instead of questioning the model…
The system doubled down.
What they missed was devastating.
Her body was adapting to a lung slowly being overtaken by cancer.
Her musculoskeletal pain wasn’t random.
It wasn’t weakness.
It wasn’t poor posture.
It was intelligent.
It was protective.
That moment changed everything for me.
Because sometimes failure to improve is not a rehab problem.
It’s a hierarchy problem.
This is why visceral assessment is not optional.
This is why “not improving” is sometimes the loudest red flag in the room.
The system failed my mom.
That is why The LTAP® exists.
Because a complete assessment is not about being fancy.
It’s about seeing the whole organism.
And knowing when the body is telling you something deeper is happening.
What healthcare professionals are saying about the LTAP™ level course
The LTAP® Level 1 course is the foundation. It stands fully on its own.
And for those who want to go deeper, it becomes the gateway into the REVitalize ecosystem and advanced mastery of the MovementREV methodology.

No.
You do not need visceral training.
Because you’re not learning techniques.
You’re learning how to identify where the body needs attention first. You’ve been influencing the nervous system and viscera the entire time.
LTAP® simply gives you the lens to see it.
-
Using the LTAP® will not replace your preferred treatment approach but instead allow you to get even better and more consistent results while helping to determine where to apply the techniques.

Yes, the LTAP® can be used in the virtual space or with non-touch licensed providers. The tests have an equivalent movement based tests to use in place of the hands on tests, or use to provide extra confirmation.

This course takes the osteopathic philosophies like “the body is the wisest, and has self healing abilities” and applies them through a lens of orthopedic tests and treatments. It takes into consideration the importance and hierarchy of the body that the visceral organs are of primary importance and influence the musculoskeletal function and pain. This course does not teach the Barral ostetopathic listening techniques or any specific visceral or neural manipulation techniques.
-
This course teaches the entire LTAP® so you are able to more precisely determine where to start. You can determine if it is the nervous system or visceral. If it is visceral, specifically which organ. You can also determine if there is a peripheral nerve entrapment.
-
We will discuss treatment guidelines and treatment options will be provided. However, it is encouraged that you use treatment techniques and tools you already practice with.

Testimonials:
“Anna is a gifted practitioner and teacher, she knows so much about the body and its anatomy. The LTAP® process is way outside the box, for most healthcare providers, but Anna is able to break it down and put it back together in a way that is useful. The assessment tests are not difficult to perform, but practice is needed to trust what you feel and know what to do next. These things are easily accomplished in the class.
The process has been very helpful in treating my lumbar fusion patient. When we started, she had significantly altered neurodynamics and neuro symptoms in her leg. Working through this process has greatly normalized her neurodynamics and she no longer has symptoms in her leg.”
—LAURA HUTTO, PT, DPT
“I’ve been using the LTAP® on a client that was in a car accident and has gone to countless people for help with their neck. In a relaxed position my client’s neck would pull to the right. Turning the clients neck to look left, you would then see the significant pull of the neck and within seconds the neck would turn right again.
With just the breathing exercises the first day we noticed the huge difference in the delay of the neck turning. Following the other assessments we then found a restricted area in the abdomen. Some light cupping, more breathing exercises, and using the courageous ball, the neck finally relaxed for a full session. And we’re noticing that with each day the neck isn’t pulling so harshly to the left anymore.”

The LTAP® course helped me bring many years of experience and classroom knowledge together. I am often faced with patients who may have failed previous treatments or have fallen off their exercise regime given to them and develop pain again. This approached has helped me to efficiently find the areas of dysfunction and progress the patient more quickly. It is a game changer for both my patients and myself. Thank you.

“The LTAP® and Level 1 course has been nothing short of a game-changer. I've been able to provide consistent and efficient results for my clients using the LTAP® within my assessment protocols. I've recommended and would recommend this and the MovementREV Mentorship to all health and wellness practitioners.”
—BENJAMIN KLEINERT, MANUAL THERAPIST
“I'm a movement, not a hands-on practitioner and this course was spot on for me. For those of us who have worked in this business for many years and have education from all aspects, this course helped me to connect the dots in a way I've not experienced. I know that I can affect change in clients with my approach but I often feel like I'm working backwards. I can usually see these tension patterns (that this course has helped me to understand) in people and hope the movement process will get us where we are going. And it does, but knowing more about where to start has helped me to address these pattens early on with my clients give them a more level ground from which to start. With a little bit of tweaking (and 6 weeks of this course) I now feel like our movement sessions are cleaner and clearer and the results (chronic pain begins to dissipate, strength and mobility gains) are coming quicker. I've always believed that that softer side of movement and body work is the most potent and after working with you I feel like I can proceed with confidence. Thank you Anna.”

“My clients think I’m magical! Today I used the LTAP® on a client — Within 5 minutes, I reduced her pain using the Basic Exercise for the vagus nerve. 10 minutes later I alleviated her left shoulder and arm pain after cupping over her right ribcage/liver. (The liver was the most restricted area on her standing sidebend.) Then I resolved her back tension and further improved her left shoulder range of motion by working on the left ribcage and left upper abdomen—these areas, respectively, didn’t spring well on thoracic decompression and then was indicated by visceral inhibition MMT testing of left shoulder IR.
This experience was a dramatic improvement from her prior PT session with me.
At her last visit I spent a full hour doing MFR, joint mobilization, and a few nerve glides along the left arm and neck. Her range of motion improved somewhat, but she said her body felt crummy afterwards. Additionally, the improvements didn’t last even with consistent adherence to her strength and range of motion homework.
We are both more optimistic about todays outcome even though I didn’t touch her shoulder or arm.”
