The Surprising Problem with Scoliosis

In this episode I share the mic with my good friend, Lex Lancaster. She is a physical therapist and digital business operations expert. She has joined me at the last two in-person REVitalize Mentorship Mastermind weekends, which lead to a wonderful learning experience for the participants, as she also happens to have scoliosis. In this podcast she shares her scoliosis story and how learning from me and applying the principles of the MovementREV philosophy and methodology has helped her for the first time feel good in her curves and learn how to move, be, lift, and live with scoliosis in a much more comfortable way than she has in her previous years.

This episode and Lex's experience demonstrate exactly what the problem is with scoliosis, and spoiler alert- it has nothing to do with the actual anatomy and everything to do with the stories and traditional treatment plans the Western medical field uses to approach it.

Considering the viscera as a source of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction is a great way to ensure a more true whole body approach to care, however it can be a bit overwhelming on where to start, which is exactly why I created the Visceral Referral Cheat Sheet. This FREE download will help you to learn the most common visceral referral patterns affecting the musculoskeletal system. Download it at www.unrealresultspod.com
